Cha-Ching fell in love with Emma at first sight. Cha-Ching was only seven months old when we arrived with Emma, a seven week old female puppy. You would have thought the Cha-Ching was a mother whose child was just returned from being lost. Cha-Ching would guard Emma from the other dogs and watched her constantly. When she was first learning to climb stairs, she fell and Cha-Ching caught her and took her back to safety. They are almost inseparatable and live together in a crate when we are not at home.
